What most mortals on this orb dont see is the simple fact that the matter in the universe is expanding in direct proportion to the expansion of the universe. Consider matter as being a baloon...as the universe expands, we, and all matter, expand with it. Redshift tells us that objects are moving apart of all other objects but we will never actually see this from our perspective. Time itself doesnt move. We move through it as we (and every other bit of matter) expand. This also explains the so called "missing matter". The fact is, you cant possibly measure matter in the universe because its constantly expanding. By the time you figured out the amount you should have, its changed properties. Kinda of like a bowl of dry grapenuts after they sit in milk. This idea also makes a toroidal universe a probability. When it comes right down to it, we are no more than a fart in the cosmic wind. This brings me to a standstill because now I want to know how many other farts are lurking about out there....
